Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Omni4Life.com makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone (800) 631-4702, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST) within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. However, you have up until 48 hours to email customer service.
DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS!
Contact Customer Service for instructions as we WILL require return of the damaged goods. We will then contact the USPS for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
However, if you choose replacement of the damaged shipment, We will promptly send you replacement products and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged or incorrect merchandise.
If there is an item missing, use the same procedures as above to inform us of the item missing. You will be either issued a full refund or a replacement item will shipped out to you at no charge.
