Shipping Policy

Please read the General Info below:

PLEASE NOTE: 

Effective 07/01/08, all orders will now incur a $5.00 shipping fee instead of being FREE. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of fuel, our Shipping Fees have increased dramatically.

Effective 05/13/08, all orders shipped via UPS 2-Day Ground will now incur a $20.00 shipping fee instead of $15.00. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of fuel, UPS rates have increased.

Effective 10/01/03, all orders will now be shipped via UPS Ground service or 2-Day Ground (For a $20.00 fee).

We will use the US Postal Service only for those orders that cannot be delivered via UPS.

International Customers:

Sorry, but Due to numerous problems with Customs & Declaration Restrictions on International shipments, we currently do not ship outside of the continental United States.

U.S. Customers:
 
We only ship via UPS
. Ground service is free until July 1st, 2008. After that date, there be a $5.00 shipping fee per order. If you need your order faster, we can ship it vis UPS 2nd day service for an additional $20.00.

Address Accuracy, Re-routing, & Forwarding Fees:

Please double-check your shipping address on the order form before submitting your order. Even though we offer $5.00 shipping, a forwarding fee is issued for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered into our order form. We do not re-enter or type this information again.

You will be charged a fee for corrections since UPS will charge us a return surcharge fee. Your fee will reflect the actual charge for the return.

Please note if a forwarding or return fee does occur, we will email you notification of the fee, reason for the charge, and the date of the charge along with your receipt as we will automatically charge your credit card.

Please be accurate and double-check your shipping address to avoid any forwarding or return fees and to receive your order as scheduled.

Fraud:

We reserve the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.

Returns:

No product returns will be accepted after 60 days. Please read our complete refund and return policies.

Backorders:

We diligently try to avoid backorders, but they do happen. We will not substitute an item without your permission. Also, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock so you don't have to wait on your whole order for one item. There is no additional shipping charge if this occurs.

Because we wait until your order has been processed and is ready for shipment before actually charging your credit card, you won't be charged for any back ordered items until they are ready to be shipped.

Domestic Orders:
(Orders within the 48 continental U.S. States)

Essential Info:

Standard Shipping is $5.00 per order.

Transit Time:

We reach most states in 3-4 business days or less by using UPS Ground service. Shipping time to the rest of the states should be no more than 8 business days. However, please remember that these shipping times are expected but not guaranteed. 

Order Cut-Off Times:

Our online store is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Order processing is cut off at 3PM Pacific Time. We do take phone orders from 8:30AM to 5PM Pacific Time.

Order Turn-Around Time:

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Order Notification:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you don't receive this, either your order did not submit correctly or you didn't enter your email address correctly. Please contact us if you didn't receive the email receipt with your order number.

Order Tracking:

Since our Orders are shipped UPS, we can provide you with the tracking number upon request.

Backorders:

Rarely do we have a backorder, but if that's the case we will contact you right away via email and offer you the choice to wait, substitute or cancel that item.

Avoid Delays:

Provide a billing address if you are shipping somewhere else. The billing address must match what your bank has on file for the street and zip code. If it doesn't we receive a "No Match" message and have to email you for this information causing a delay.

TIP! If you have moved in the last year we recommend calling your issuing bank and ask them what they have on file for online address verification. This could be different than your actual physical address.

Make sure the Credit Card name is the Cardholder's Name and matches the billing address. Also, some banks do not subscribe to address verification. This problem gives us an "Address Match Unavailable". We are unable to process these cards. A faxed signature or money order is acceptable in this case.

Please provide a way for us to reach you in case we have a question. We prefer email but a daytime phone is okay. If you
don't have an email address, you won't receive your order receipt with your order number and / or your delivery confirmation number. You can always sign up for a free email address at
www.yahoo.com.

We will not sell, trade, rent, barter, give away or lease your information and we NEVER email spam. Oftentimes, we will check with you during the first weeks after your purchase to see if you are using the products correctly and to see how your body is reacting to it. We WILL also check on you at the end of the month to see how you liked what you ordered and if you are getting the results you expected.
